On May 27th, 2020, the Amador Valley Investment Club hosted Mark Stevens in a virtual webinar that included students from various high schools across the country. Mark Stevens is a renowned venture capitalist and a part owner of the Golden State Warriors. He was a former partner at Sequoia Capital, one of the most successful venture capital firms in Silicon Valley, before founding S-Cubed Capital. Stevens himself is worth $3 Billion and he has been involved with investing in the likes of Google, Nvidia, Yahoo, YouTube, and many more successful companies. He earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from USC and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
